DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

Delivery is now available with all orders. Please select pick up or delivery when you are ready to check out and finalise your purchase.

• In Store This Week orders: Deliveries are only inside the Sutherland Shire Wednesday - Saturdays (please note we will not deliver to suburbs that are not listed below). 
• Custom cakes & orders: Can be delivered across Sydney, price varies on distance travelled.

Delivery Cost per suburb - 

$10 - Cronulla, Woolooware, Burraneer, Dolans Bay, Port Hacking, Caringbah, Taren Point, Sylvania, Miranda, Yowie Bay, Gymea

• All deliveries are made between 10 - 4pm.
• If you are not home upon delivery, your delivery driver will send you a text message to inform you that your delivery has arrived. The driver will leave your order in a place he feels is safe and suitable (PLEASE NOTE - if you live in an apartment building and are not home your order will be left at the main door).
• Once a text message has been sent to notify you of your delivery Bec Bakes takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
• No deliveries to Bundeena

ALL DELIVERIES ARE WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY BETWEEN 8am - 4pm

DELIVERY TIMES - Due to the large volume of orders we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Please note if you leave a time on the delivery, we take no responsibility in having it delivered by then as we do not offer time specific deliveries.

REFUNDS

Due to the time, organisation & pre planning of your custom order a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  If the cancellation is made within 7 days of your order no refund will be offered. All refunds are also non-transferrable. 

If you need to cancel your order please send an email to hello@becbakes.com as soon as possible. 

Please note that Bec Bakes is not liable for the cake, including but not limited to damage, once it has been picked up or delivered. We advise your follow the cake care guidelines - 

• During transportation, please keep cake on a flat surface (we recommend the passenger seat floor) and have the air conditioning on. 

• Please keep cool and refrigerated, do not put in direct sunlight.
